Review draft

Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the service boundary, responsibilities and recovery routes when mistakes occur. Binding acceptance must be an explicit action by a user or authorized representative, not an assumption based only on visiting a page.

Service and scope

JAENG is a workspace for receiving, organizing, reviewing and tracking documents, accounting, tax and related work. OCR, classification and external verification are aids, not substitutes for the user's, accountant's, auditor's or tax adviser's professional judgment.

Acceptance and authority

A user must have legal capacity and authority for the organization or data owner involved. Binding acceptance must show the applicable version and record an explicit confirmation. The system must not claim that login alone accepts this review draft.

Accounts, security and permissions

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use available security controls and assign permissions by responsibility. If an account or device may be compromised, revoke the session or connection and contact the administrator. Important actions remain subject to server-verified permission and organization scope.

User data, documents and instructions

You retain rights in submitted data and authorize processing only as needed for the service. You must have the right to submit, use and commission processing of that data, and review amounts, parties, tax treatment, recipients and source files before confirming any filing, payment or consequential record.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, submit data you cannot lawfully use, disrupt systems, bypass quotas or security controls, attempt to access another party's data, distribute malware or use messaging channels for spam. Risk controls should preserve evidence and provide an appeal or correction route where appropriate.

Pricing, payment and renewal

The plan, price, tax, quota, billing period and renewal terms must be shown before confirmation. Payments use Omise or Opn and the service does not store full card numbers. A new charge must be bound server-side to the payer and verified intent. Users must be able to inspect the method, amount and provider-confirmed result and safely retry network failures.

Cancellation, refunds and corrections

Renewal cancellation must not be harder than sign-up. The final refund policy must disclose eligibility, timing, recipient and limits before payment. A wrong selection, duplicate click or wrong amount should have an appropriate cancel, correction, refund or reversal path without deleting history or limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services and availability

Some features depend on LINE, Omise or Opn, slip verification, OCR, AI, email or authority systems. Provider availability may affect those features. The system should expose verifiable status, retry and reconciliation and must not claim success before the destination confirms it.

Human correction and change history

People can enter, select or submit the wrong thing and may change their mind. Financial, accounting, tax, permission and document flows should therefore support review, confirmation, execution, verification and correction. Completed records use an auditable correction, reversal, reissue, refund or replacement rather than silent rewriting.

Suspension, termination and data export

We may suspend only what is necessary for risk, breach, non-payment or legal requirements, with a reason and remedy where possible. Authorized organization users may disconnect integrations or cancel under the plan. Export access, post-termination availability and deletion periods must be confirmed before binding terms take effect.

Liability and mandatory rights

System results require professional and contextual review. Binding liability terms must be reasonable and must not exclude deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, personal data breaches or rights the law does not permit parties to waive. This boundary still requires legal counsel review.

Changes, notices and disputes

Material changes must identify the version and effective date and be communicated in advance through an appropriate channel, with a cancellation route where rights are affected. Binding terms must identify the entity, notice address and governing law without removing consumer complaint or protection routes.
